Here’s a little ditty ‘bout Jack & Diane … they were awesome. I had never heard of a Buyers Agent but I’m thrilled I did. Jack (& his off sider Diane) were amazing. Not only did he find the perfect home for us (a challenge in itself) but he negotiated the price so we were within our budget, he dealt with the sellers & sales agent. He organised building reports, flood reports, fire reports! He was affable & calm yet thoroughly professional & beyond helpful explaining every step of the way. We moved from interstate where things are done a bit differently so he took the confusion out of it all for us. There is no way we would be looking forward to settlement of a house we are delighted to have if we had not used his services; cannot recommend him & his business enough.
