I’m a buyer’s agent — how do I list on TopBuyers?

Self-serve via the List Your Agency page. Sign up, add your details, submit for review — most agencies are live within one business day. No payment required for a basic listing.

There’s already a listing for my agency — how do I claim it?

Find your agency in the directory, then click “Claim this listing” at the top of the profile. Submit using your business email — once verified you’ll get dashboard access to edit the listing and receive enquiries.

I want my listing removed completely. What do I do?

Email hello@topbuyers.com.au from your business email with subject “Removal request — [agency name]”. We confirm within one business day, remove within five.

There’s an error in my listing — can you fix it?

Yes — either claim the listing and edit it yourself, or email us the correction. We update verified factual corrections within five business days.

A review on my listing seems wrong — can I get it removed?

Reviews are imported from public Google sources with attribution preserved. We don’t remove reviews simply because they’re negative, but we will investigate any review reported as false, defamatory, or in breach of our content policy. Use the “Report this listing” link on the profile.

I’m a buyer — can TopBuyers recommend a specific agent for me?

We’re a directory, not an advisory service — we don’t pick agents for you. But we’d suggest filtering by your suburb and strategy, comparing the top 3–4 profiles, and sending each a short brief. Most agents reply within one business day.
