Despite my partner being sceptical of the need for a buyers agent, I knew from the start I needed a professional in my corner to be able to purchase my first property for a competitive price. Nick was exactly that and more. The fact I was able to buy a property in 3 months is insanely quick and I believe it was largely due to Nick’s counsel. He was very generous with his time, communication, efforts, resources (intro-ing me to B&P inspectors, an excellent conveyancer etc.), updated me on every step, asked for my OK before any decision or negotiation on my behalf, created a WhatsApp group between me, him and my mortgage broker allowing for efficient comms. I don’t think I would’ve received the keys to the property I got and for the competitive price without him tbh. The best way I can describe it is that, I knew I wanted to be in the driver’s seat (I like to be in control), but I needed a GPS and Nick was like my Google maps, helping me navigate and get to my destination safely, strategically and quicker than the other routes. Beyond his title, he is an insanely generous and kind family man with a big heart of wanting to help his clients win. Thanks Nick for being an integral part of my first property journey.
