Professionals Bella Vista

Landlords beware. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before engaging this real estate agency. Property inspection reports indicated no issues, yet when the property was returned, it had thousands of dollars’ worth of damage that had not been identified or properly addressed. I also experienced concerns with standard record-keeping and compliance, and the bond was claimed by the property manager without my approval. As a landlord, I expect an agency to protect my property, maintain accurate records, follow proper procedures and keep me informed. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that landlords carefully consider alternative agencies before engaging this business

I wanted to share my experience using Professionals North West. As a tenant, it is important to have an agent who is available and also flexible with inspection timings and the like, as life can get in the way. I have been renting an apartment in Parramatta with Hakan Samsa for over a year and a half now, and I can say it has been an absolute pleasure. Hakan is a very kind and considerate man, who is personable and pleasant to deal with and does his best to assist. His professionalism is fantastic, and I would rent from Professionals North West, if only to deal with Hakan again. If I could give more stars, I would!

This has been one of the worst real estate agencies we have ever had to deal with. Throughout the entire process, they were unresponsive, consistently provided misinformation, and repeatedly failed to honour what had been communicated to us. Prior to settlement, we were advised multiple times via both email and phone that the previous owners were responsible for securing tenants, as the contract had been signed on the basis that the property was tenanted. We were also clearly informed that because we were not responsible for finding tenants, we would not be liable for any associated leasing fees. However, once settlement was completed, the agency refused to release our rental income because the previous owners had allegedly failed to pay their fees. It is completely unacceptable to withhold our funds due to a dispute involving another party. To make matters worse, when we contacted our property manager for clarification, he repeatedly provided misleading explanations, claiming he was simply trying to arrange payment outside the normal pay cycle, rather than being transparent about the real reason for the delay. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and honesty throughout this experience has been extremely disappointing. 1 star is way too much for these people

Hakan has been a fantastic and highly professional property manager throughout our time working together. He is reliable, responsive, and consistently handles matters efficiently and with great attention to detail. His communication is clear and timely, and he always approaches situations with professionalism and integrity. Any issues or requests have been managed promptly, and his knowledge of property management is evident in the way he conducts his work. It has been a pleasure dealing with him, and I would confidently recommend his services to anyone seeking a dedicated and capable property manager

I had an excellent experience working with Hakan Samsa as my Property Manager. He is incredibly kind, approachable, and friendly, always going out of his way to help tenants. From start to finish, Hakan made the renting process smooth and stress-free. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Hakan to anyone looking for a supportive and reliable agent – he truly makes the experience a pleasure!
