We had been searching for an art deco garden apartment in a block of four in Bondi for about eight months. We kept missing out on places at auction and nearly significantly overpaid for a property off market. Excellent experience buying a home with Frank. I contacted Frank when I found a home I loved and wanted to submit an offer on. And best decision to go with Frank. He found the issues with the place I liked and then used my interest there to leverage a deal on an even better off-market opportunity in a better location. He put the seller on the defensive and ended up saving me more than 10% on my home in Bondi, which more than covered the costs of his services and stamp duty. Frank setup everything: the finding, the negotiating, the solicitor, the mortgage broker, the inspections, and the settlement. He even help facilitate and negotiate an early move-in, before settlement. I've talked to many people who have been looking for a home on their own for months and have found nothing.
