Stone Real Estate Northmead

Christine Howe was the agent for a house inspection I attended, and consequentially am currently renting. As I was my first time renting, I was a little unsure of myself, but from the very first Christine was so helpful, patient, and ready to answer any questions. Ever since then, she has been nothing less than a pleasure to communicate with. Always incredibly helpful and prompt in informing me of any changes or checking up on anything to do with the property. 10/10 would recommend Christine at Stone Real Estate. She has made renting so easy, and hope she will continue as my property manager.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and property management from Stone Real Estate (Northmead/Parramatta). Despite reaching out to our property manager, Jack Ferguson, he has completely ignored complaints regarding issues with other tenants at my residence I have many phone calls and sent multiple follow-up emails with no reply. Even my partner, who works in real estate, called him directly to resolve this, and Jack still refused to get back to us. Absolutely unprofessional service and zero care for tenants' rights.

Christine Howe is a great agent - has been a super smooth tenancy here and night and day compared to the typical real estate agent experience! Highly recommended as a tenant :)

My new property manager, Christine is an amazing asset to Stone real estate. She is efficient, friendly + brings joy to finding a rental property. I walked into the office, Christine listened to my requirements + I was looking at properties the next day. Although I changed my mind often, this lovely lady kept smiling + found something else for me to look at. I'm pleased to say, I have just paid my holding deposit + look forward to a long tenancy with Christine Howe as my property manager. Thank you, I'm so grateful Christine.

I walked in to this real estate after not receiving much help over the phone from Stone Parramatta and Christine was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She communicated eloquently and professionally throughout our dealings and made the whole process so smooth and stress free. Her and Scott completely turned my opinion towards Stone around after my initial experience and I can’t thank them enough. I would definitely recommend Christine and Scott at Stone Real Estate Northmead. Excellent service.
