Excellent Communication with great knowledge of the markets. . We as a buyer was incredibly impressed by Umang Pokherel's team exceptional market knowledge throughout the home-buying process. Their expertise in the Sydney market was evident from our first meeting. They detailed the entire process and helped secure a great deal well above our expectations. We are extremely grateful for his help throughout to secure our family home. The deal nearly fell through twice, but our agent stayed calm, renegotiated terms flawlessly, and got us to settlement.
