They were transparent, gave me the facts, could clearly evidence recent successful outcomes and challenged me to be clear about my purpose and goals before signing up. I respected that. Since engaging House Finder late last year, they've already secured two excellent investments, earning me immediate substantive equity, one with a 5.8% rental yield. The team are efficient and well-oiled. They know what they're doing and anticipate questions with the detailed information they share on potential purchases. Simon was influential and knowledgeable, took time to discuss all areas of property investment and made the process simple. It’s a daunting first step, so having confidence in your experts is paramount. I was also introduced to other experts to support the acquisition, from broker, conveyancer, estate agents to accountant. Communication is key, so having one unified team was critical in execution with pace and efficiency. Could not recommend enough, whether it be your first time investing or experienced!
