Laing Simmons doesnt deserve even 1 star rating its worst and poor real estate that I ever came across in my life. It was nightmares for me and for my whole family. we had property manager called Rosemary Issa haven't met such kind of person before she is different when we met in person sweet & nice but will see her real hypocrite face in email or text. She was so much of keen to take our whole bond money for no reason she has no intention to return our bond we been in 178-182 Bridge road westemad property for more than 3 years , while we there rent kept on increasing like sky rocket and saying its market value is going up where in other unit with same building hasn't gone so much high in rent. by these 3 years we were paying almost double for 2 bedrooms in old building, the unit from above us was too noisy in middle of night, no security, my stuff from vehicles been stolen and my few deliveries from apartment been stolen, made complaint but nothing been done to solve. when we were about to leave Rosemary ask us to clean house with professional cleaner twice, carpet steam twice, pest control twice, and on top she and strata of that building trying to frame us by saying we have damage the building property and they were trying to take money from us when we ask for proof they just said sorry, what about the mental stress they gave us while we about to plan to leave that unit. we had to spent nearly bond amount to reclean the clean property. after we left key on final day, they checked the house after 4 days and ask us to clean again. she had no intention to get my bond back every time when I ask her about bond refund, she always make excuse sometime saying waiting for owner and sometime saying I am too busy, etc. at the end when i get applied for my bond she is so cunning trying to take more money from my bond then it was explain, I got email from bond department then when I ask Rosemary why are you trying to take more money from my bond then she said typo mistake oh! what a liar and what a an excuse cause of that too my bond got delayed cause she wasn't sending email to bond department with correct amount. instead of saying sorry for her mistake, she kept ignoring my message and delaying sending email to bond department. finally, I am free from Laing Simmons real-estate and from Rosemary ISSA In Future, i will never ever have any business with this Real estate I am recently making process to buy house from different real estate. please check reviews of any Real estate before having any business with them
