I had a fantastic experience with PK Property Buyers, a company recommended to me by a friend who is also is real estate agent. Duo PK (Peter) and Will complement each other very well. They really know the Mosman and the Northern Beaches area well and can give you immediate feedback on listings. That alone saves you a lot of time and effort driving around. They also have all the knowledge of any off market opportunities and the new zoning regulations in Sydney (which is a minefield in itself). I saw something I liked and PK managed to inspect the property the next day, outside the inspection times. I was impressed. Once we decided it was worth going after the deal was done within three days. He kept me updated throughout. Always to the point, direct and relevant, never unnecessary! Less than two weeks after our first meeting I am the proud owner of a house I thought I would never be able to afford in an area I thought was beyond reach. Contracts reviewed and signed within 24 hours. Teamwork with experienced surveyors and solicitors made everything so easy. Did I mention patience (Will) when they were instructing me during the exchange? How to authorise them, what email to send, paying the deposit etc, etc… They know how the game is played and do it well.
