We had a great experience with PMC who acted as a buying agent for us. We recently bought a property that we are thrilled with. We live 2 hours from Brisbane and were having trouble getting to open for inspections ourselves. PMC were able to do a pre-look at properties on our behalf and then we only needed to drive down if the property was right for us. It saved a huge amount of time. Dimitri and Carrie are both a delight to work with and are very professional. They were always able to answer our questions promptly and were a great help in the lead up to settlement aswell. One day we did a drive around Paddington with Dimitri and he pointed out all the streets he thought were good options and that was a great way to help us get familiar with the area. I highly recommend getting in touch with PMC if you need help finding a property.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. The process was completely seamless, supportive and professional from start to finish. Being a first time buyer, I was unsure about the buying process as well as the utility of a buyers agency. Although the costs for using a buyers agent are high, the savings made through access to off market deals and through expert negotiation far outweighed the costs of the service at PMC. Having gone through the process and successfully bought a fantastic property, I would have absolutely no doubts doing it again every time. As well as cost saving, having expert professionals help find quality properties and screening out unsuitable properties filled me with confidence to proceed. It also saved me an enormous amount of time and stress. Dimitri was my agent and he was absolutely fantastic from the moment I met him to even after getting the keys. He spent time and effort listening to what we wanted and ended up finding somewhere even better than what we described in terms of house and location. He was extremely attentive, with precise attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic. His extensive experience and qualifications in property valuation and property acquisition really shone through.
