I went to an open house, selling by this good for nothing Vedant Agrawal. The house is situated on Merrylands Road, Greystanes. The asking price was 1.325 or something like that. As I like the place, I offered him 1.3 million. I was told by this Vedant that he will take my offer to the Owner of the property and will get back to me. Same day in the evening Vedant called me and told me that Owner refused my offer stating he want more money close to his price. I refused to increase my offer as the offer I gave him was generous and according to the market. Anyhow next day one of his associate called me and ask me to put 2.5% of the property price as a deposit so they can lure owner to take my offer seriously. It come to me as a shock as when owner already refused an offer from me, why would I chase an owner to sell me his home? No Guarantee was given that even after putting 2.5% of the asking price would get me the deal. So I flatly refused. Now that same house they are trying to sell for 1.259. It is a $41000 loss of the owner due to this very good for nothing Vedant agrawal so I strongly believe that he did not take my offer to the owner and try to skim money from me by using his associate which will go to their own bank account and they will enjoy the money. Owner would not have a clue what game his real estate agent is playing? If the owner of 659 Merrylands Road, Greystanes is reading this review, I suggest get a good, educated real estate agent who is honest and transparent with his/her dealings. I don't know how many Vedant Customers suffer due to his inability to take a good offer to the vendor. I will not recommend this Vedant to anyone to either sell or buy property from him. You will be at loss guys as he is very deceptive and dishonest agent who will ruin your chance to get a good price for your property. Regarding getting good reviews, maybe his family/friends writing reviews for him so he can continue with his dishonest practice. It look like a team of like minded people who are riding their luck in a Hot property market where properties are selling by themselves. Don't hire any services from these guys as they are unprofessional and dangerous for the Customers. Cheers
