We had a really positive rental experience with The Property Bureau as tentants. The respect Kristy has for the property with both the landlord and tenant in mind is impeccable. Whenever there was maintendance required or an issue with the property, within 24 hours (or less) it was handled. If you ever have the opportunity to rent (either as a landlord or tenant), then you'll be in very safe and respectful hands. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

Kristy and Alastair made living by myself for the first time so easy. If I ever had any questions or concerns about anything regarding my rental property, they addressed everything in a timely manner. For example, when my stove was leaking gas after a gas plumbing just before a public holiday long weekend, I was really stressed about leaving my apartment as I had to go interstate. Whilst driving to the airport, I had contacted both Kristy and Alastair after hours over the long weekend, who arranged it to get fixed without my presence. This gave me peace of mind, knowing that my belongings were going to be okay and that everything would be fixed before I returned home. Alistair was absolutely invaluable when we were looking for property to purchase. He ascertained our needs, and then searched diligently for a suitable property. He was not satisfied until found the right one that satisfied his and our criteria. He constantly kept us apprised of developments and was an excellent communicator. On the day of the auction he was an extremely effective and successful bidder. Later we were able to sell the property for an excellent result as Alistair had predicted.
