What a shame Google only allows a rating of 5 stars! I would have gladly given Acquired Buyers Advocacy at Wynnum more! From the moment of my first appointment with Emma, I felt my fortunes were about to change. I had been looking for a 2 br apartment for 5 months, attending open homes with hundreds of other buyers, and getting nowhere. I had my initial appointment with Emma at 11am, and she had sent through 2 leads while I was still on my way home from that appointment! Whilst the initial properties were not to my liking, Emma was not deterred in the slightest, and continued relentlessly with her search for a property that met the criteria I had provided. Within a few weeks Emma sourced an awesome apartment, and secured a deal I did not think possible, at the first inspection! Emma appears to have a significant number of industry connections, and uses them astutely to achieve remarkable outcomes. In fact, I was outbid on my dream apartment, and was resigned to continuing the grind of property inspections, however Emma used her insider contacts, and industry knowledge, to work a miracle and procure the property at a very competitive price. Emma, Samantha, Elke, and the team at Acquired Buyers Advocacy were professional, dedicated and genuinely caring throughout the buying process.
