Agius Property Group – Real Estate Agents

We did a full circle with Alistair. He sold us our first home where we brought up 3 beautiful kids. As the kids started to get bigger we decided to find our forever home and could not think of any one better than Alistair and his team to sell our house. The process was smooth and easy. Alistair is transparent, honest and truely cares about achieving the best outcome for you as the seller. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Alistair and team! We truely appreciate your work!

I would highly recommend Agius Property Group to anyone wanting to sell their home. I first met Alistair when we purchased our home over 12 years ago. He was the agent assisting with the sale. I was so impressed with him then, that it was only natural to get in touch and see if he would be interested in selling the very same home - but for me - from his own agency! He kept me on my toes getting us onto the market quick smart. But he also kept his promises working over time to get us the price we had hoped for. Alistair is not the agent who gets the work then sends his employees to do the hard work. Agius Property Group work as a team, each taking pride in their work and listening to the requests and concerns of both sellers and buyers. I met a number of the team and would have been happy to have any one of them exclusively taking care of my property, but I'm glad to have had Alistair because of our history. Definitely give Alistair a call and have him value your property and give him a chance to create a bespoke marketing plan for you. You won't be disappointed. Alistair is professional, engaging, considerate, genuine, exceptional at interpersonal skills and as others have said, exceptionally well-groomed. Thank you Alistair and the Agius Property Group for your outstanding service with exceptional results in the sale of our home.

Exceptional Agent When the Market Got Tough. I listed our property with Alistair Agius from Agius Property Group during a particularly challenging period in the market. There were budget announcements affecting negative gearing and capital gains tax; anticipated interest rate rises; and fuel supply issues had created noticeable softening in the market. Alistair's depth of experience and ability to adapt across varying market conditions was evident throughout his campaign. He kept me informed about what was happening; backed it up with concrete examples of how he had navigated similar conditions previously; and came prepared with a clear sales strategy. Alistair's management of the contract period was equally impressive; the process was handled smoothly from start to finish, and his communication with me throughout the negotiation process was excellent. What also stood out was the quality of his referral network. Alistair was able to connect me with highly professional tradespeople and service providers including a landscaper/gardener and property stager. This was another key details that helped make the sales process run smoothly. A little extra; Alistair arrived at the first appointment with dog treats, speaking volumes to the kind of genuine care he brings to building a relationship with the whole family, including the dog. Five stars without hesitation.

Alistair is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Alistair Agius Group- Alistair Agius and Arianne sold my house within a few days of being on the market at the price I was hoping for. Alistair and Arianne are both very professional and passionate towards their work. My house was sold recently in a market that has been quite volatile. I was informed by family and friends that I may be waiting for a while for my house to be sold. Alistair delivered. Alistair’s professionalism and dedication towards his work made it possible. I can’t thank Alistair and Arianne enough as they made it possible for me to purchase my new house within the same timeframe and have settlement for both places on the same day. I can’t recommend Alistair and his team highly enough. Thank you.

My experience renting through Agius Property Group was deeply disappointing. The real estate agent assigned to us was consistently rude, inflexible, and unprofessional. Whenever Agius or the landlord needed accommodation, we were expected to comply without hesitation, but any requests for flexibility from us were met with outright refusal and disregard. On one occasion, the landlord conducted a last-minute inspection with minimal notice, which we accommodated. However, when Agius planned a later inspection and we requested a change due to unavailability, we were told our request would not be considered in the future, showing no respect for tenants' schedules. Furthermore, the property was poorly maintained and clearly not cared for by the landlords. For example, we discovered after renting the property that the fence was unstable, and we had a huge branch fall from a tree on the property. There was no care or due diligence to ensure the trees were safe, which caused a lot of ongoing anxiety. The overall lack of professionalism and empathy from both the agent and the landlords made our experience thoroughly unpleasant. Due to this, we ended up buying a property and chose not to purchase through Agius and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a respectful and fair rental experience (and probably buyer experience too). Tenants deserve to be treated with respect, and Agius Property Group failed to deliver on this basic expectation. I strongly urge potential renters and buyers to consider other agencies to avoid similar mistreatment.
