If we could give 10 stars we would. We mostly dealt with Carolyn but at times Munro. They are both highly professional people and have an incredible work ethic, available almost anytime of the day & night, nothing seemed like too much trouble. We were wanting to purchase an apartment in Sydney as we have a son studying there. We live interstate, have never lived in Sydney & had no idea of the market there & had no time to research ourselves and would barely have known where to start. We contacted 3 property buyers. Carolyn impressed us with her knowledge of the local area. Once we engaged their services the speed at which they acted on our brief was incredible. Carolyn provided the opportunity to comment on lots of recently sold properties which assisted us identifying various likes and dislikes we may not have first thought of. This was then followed by lots of property suggestions with photos, videos, tips and conversations. Carolyn’s knowledge of all the apartments in our chosen area was incredible. She made what we expected to be very stressful and complicated into a very streamlined and easy process, which almost seemed like fun. This was all achieved in 2 weeks which we didn’t think was possible. They met our budget & were very well informed on property valuations as well as everything else connected to buying the property . It has been the utmost pleasure to deal with Carolyn & Munro and we are very excited about our new property purchase. We highly recommend this company, the money is well spent

We recently became prospective property purchasers in Sydney after selling our family home in Perth and engaged Munro and Carolyn to support us in this process. Munro had been enthusiastically referred to us by friends and other purchasers and we met with him in Perth to discuss our plans. Since we were still in Perth, we needed someone to look at property for us and advise which properties would be suitable. We did not interview other buyers’ agent and immediately knew that Munro and Carolyn were the ones for us. We were comfortable with them and had full confidence. Almost immediately, Munro sent videos of properties on the market so as to show us comparable properties that fell within the parameters of our budget and specifications. They understood the brief from the beginning. Nothing was too hard for Munro and Carolyn. At times we were critical of the properties that they showed, but they never took that personally and just continued to show up for us. They continued to refine the search and meet with our children who are living in Sydney and who were viewing potential properties for us. They accommodated their available hours for viewing in the evenings and on weekends. One property we bid on went beyond our budget, but Munro was supportive and reassuring that we would find the one! And not too long afterwards we did! Munro negotiated brilliantly and within a day of deciding to offer, we had the property we wanted within our budget and spec! It has been such a relief to work with this pair, who made the process as simple as possible, always returning our messages and calls. Our children found the pair engaging, warm and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend Munro and Carolyn to any prospective buyers, their knowledge of the property market is sound and their advice, though sometimes hard to hear, was correct and came through in the end. They were as happy as we were when the sale was concluded and we felt that they had really come alongside us on the journey. Cannot thank them enough!! Our dream has been fulfilled !
