I recently bought an investment property in Perth through Property Wizards and I had the best experience. I was directly working with Michaela as well as Kirsty, and they made the experience incredibly smooth. Coming from the east coast it was a bit daunting for me at first as I was going to be relying on someone else to get the properties for me, however Michaela was better at choosing places then I ever could have been even if I had been on the ground myself. They assist with every part of the buying process, shortlisting, viewing, negotiating, final inspections, contracts, the lot. The property market is tough in Perth with so many buyers bidding on every property and properties ending up way over the asking price. However Michaela was a trooper and kept finding new properties in my budget every week. We actually ended up getting an off market property which was only made possible through Michaela’s and property wizards contacts, so if it had just been myself I would never have gotten it, and it was the best of all the properties that we saw. However, It’s important for every prospective buyer to be realistic with what their budget can get them, as the Perth market is incredibly tough right now, and it may take patience to find a place even with the incredible support of property wizards, however, it will be much much easier then going it alone. I really really couldn’t recommend this company and Michaela and Kirsty enough, I would return to invest in Perth just to work with them again 😀
