From our first meeting with Will to exchanging contracts, we went from start to finish in 2 and a half weeks! We were looking for a buyer's agent who was a great communicator, had the best connections and understanding of the market we were looking in, and a great negotiator. Will definitely delivered. It opened up opportunities for us that we wouldn't have considered ourselves and kept us focused as we were working to a tight timeframe. In helping us close our settlement, Will's building experience and knowledge also helped us identify potential areas of concern and he gave us great connections for our future renovations.
