Danae did a fantastic job sourcing and securing a property that matched what I was looking for: a $750k budget, minimum 4% yield, and located within the Geelong growth corridor, supported by low supply, tight vacancy rates, and stronger yields compared to Melbourne. The property is well positioned, close to schools and the train station. Farrah Bana also did a great job managing the settlement process, as always.
